I. General provisions:

I.1. This regulation sets forth the terms and conditions of use of exchange services electronic currency - WebMoney, as well as services related to WebMoney that Converter.vn provides.

I.2. Use any of the services of Converter.vn, meaning that the user accepts all terms and conditions which this Regulation made.

I.3. In the cases of disagreement with the terms and conditions of the Regulations, the user can not perform any service which provided by Converter.vn.

II.  Rules of  Service:

II.1. Converter.vn provides customer services to buy, sell and exchange WebMoney; Top-up mobile phone, buy game online cards.
II.2. Converter.vn shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect using the service and mistakes made by client when filling in the form.

II.3. Money refund is not possible after the completion of the exchange transaction.

III Terms and conditions of use:

III.1. Do not use the services of Converter.vn activities for fraud or money laundering.
III.2. Converter.vn have the right to refuse service to any person being complained of related to law.

IV. Regulations on fee and time to complete the transaction:

IV.1 The rates made Converter.vn and may change from time to time. The seller bears 0,8% fee of Webmoney transfer system.

IV.2 In normal conditions, a transaction completed within 1 minute to a maximum of 5 hours. If something unexpected obstacles, we shall have prior notice to customers.

V. Security:

V.1 All the information (e-mail, telephone ...) given by the customers in the transaction process is confidential and not disclosed to any third party, unless:
- As required by relevant law enforcement bodies;
- The decision of the court;
- As requested by the administration of one payment system related.

VI. Webmoney Risks Acknowledgment !

Offered goods and services are not provided on order of a person or company, who runs WebMoney Transfer System. We are an independent entity providing services and making decisions about pricing and offers ourselves. Companies, running WebMoney Transfer System do not receive any commission, interest fees or any other awards/refunds for the provided goods or services and are not liable for our activities.

Verification done by WebMoney Transfer System only confirms the accuracy of our contact details and prove the identity. Verification is performed on our own intention and doesn't mean or show our connection with WebMoney System operators sales.

Converter.vn reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of the Regulations at any time without prior notice.
